This policy covers the information we collect when you use this site and submit our court quote form. We have written it in plain English rather than legal boilerplate, because you should be able to tell what actually happens to your details.

What we collect

When you complete the quote form we ask for:

• Your name
• Your phone number
• Your ZIP code
• Your email address, which is optional
• Details about the court you want, such as court type, surface colors and property type

We also receive standard technical information that your browser sends to any website, including your IP address, browser type and the pages you view here.

Why we collect it

To contact you about your court, arrange a free site visit, and prepare a quote. That is the only reason we ask for it.

Your ZIP code tells us whether your property is inside our service area and helps us estimate site conditions before we visit. Your phone number is how we reach you, because a court quote is a conversation rather than an email.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.

We do use a small number of service providers to run the business:

• Our email and project management tools. Your enquiry is delivered to our team by email and recorded in our customer management system so that nothing gets lost.
• New World Visions, the marketing agency that operates this site and our advertising on our behalf. Their team may see your enquiry in order to route it to us.
• Our hosting provider, which serves this website.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

Advertising and tracking

This site uses the Meta pixel, a piece of code from Meta Platforms that tells us when someone arrives here from one of our Facebook or Instagram ads and whether they submitted the form. It helps us understand which ads are worth running.

The pixel records a page view when you land here, and records that a form was submitted. It may set cookies in your browser. Meta handles that data under its own terms, and you can review and adjust your Meta ad settings in your Facebook or Instagram account.

If you would rather not be tracked, most browsers let you block third party cookies, and browser extensions can block the pixel entirely. Blocking it does not stop you using this site or submitting the form.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we may reasonably need them for the project or for our records, and no longer than is useful. If you ask us to delete your information, we will, unless we are required to keep it.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to:

• Tell you what information we hold about you
• Correct anything that is wrong
• Delete your information
• Stop contacting you

Email or call us using the details below and we will action it. There is no form to fill in and no cost.

Children

This site is aimed at property owners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
